Most orders ship within 5 business days. Priority shipping is available, just ask! All orders ship via UPS ground and are insured to the full value of the item. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. We can assist with insurance claims with UPS but we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. In our experience UPS ground is the most reliable shipping option.
For international shipping we use DHL Express air shipping (door to door). Rates range from $80 to $200 internationally.
We will process returns for most purchases within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition, unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Any returned item that is not in its original condition must be damaged or missing parts due to our error or damage during shipping. Shipping and taxes are not refundable Please note, we cannot accept returns on custom ordered/personalized items, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
