Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from our shipping broker ShipBob with carrier and tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We have chosen ShipBob to handle all of our fulfillment needs because of their excellent customer service and track record. All concerns regarding the shipment of the package can be handled by their amazing team.

For international shipping we use DHL Express air shipping. Rates range from $50 to $100 to ship internationally.


Return Policy

We will process returns for most purchases within 30 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition, unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Any returned item that is not in its original condition must be damaged or missing parts due to our error or damage during shipping. Shipping and taxes are not refundable Please note, we cannot accept returns on custom ordered/personalized items, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
